Tatjana Jovanovski
Finance Manager
Experienced accountant with strange eastern European sense of humour trying to explain to creative people that timesheets are a necessary evil and expenses equal money in their bank account. Not always successful. Whoever said that behind every good business is a great accountant? It’s true!
After more than 30 years of experience and 10 years in the company, Tatjana has done it all and wants to do much more.

Stewart Milton
Director and Creative Editor
Stew’s role is to be part of the team that comes up with an idea. The person to direct a film; shoot the footage for a film or edit the final outcome and in most instances he will do all of those roles for one job.
Stew is multi-skilled and dynamic in approach. An accomplished filmmaker with 20 years’ experience who self-shoots, directs, edits and writes treatments and scripts. He is passionate about being creative, whether that is with a visual concept for documentary style shoots or coming up with the perfect idea for a drama.
Stew has worked on a vast array of award winning projects for many of our clients but in his own words ‘you’re only as good as your last project’ and is very proud to have been part of the team involved in the recent Global Teacher Prize films for the Varkey Foundation and Embolden’s ongoing work for the Royal Navy.

Sally Pugmire
Event Director Atlantic Future Forum
Sally is an experienced Event Director with over 20 years’ experience, directing and delivering international exhibitions, conferences, and awards in a wide variety of market sectors including: Manufacturing, technology and defence.
Combining her skills in business strategy and management, event delivery and partner acquisition, Sally relishes a challenge, overcoming obstacles to deliver successful outcomes. Sally is a great communicator and organiser and one of her favourite activities is ticking things off her many ‘to do’ lists.
Sally has lived and worked in the United States and joins our team as Event Director for the Atlantic Future Forum held onboard HMS Price of Wales in the USA, in partnership with the Royal Navy.
