Roche was embarking on a radical transformation. Country GMs and executives were increasingly expected to become external brand advocates. To support individuals, CTN created a global Leadership Communications Academy. The academy gave people skills and techniques to communicate complex topics succinctly. Additionally, we delivered a series of specialist coaching programmes, including a Covid-19 crisis communications sprint, storytelling masterclasses and tailored 1:1 sessions, to help executives prepare for business critical meetings. Since 2018, we’ve worked with 400+ individuals at Roche.
